In general, bleeding should stop after a few days. Should it persist after 2 weeks, please consult your dentist or dental hygienist. Additionally, gums may bleed if too much pressure is used. We encourage you to try to decrease the pressure and let the toothbrush do the work. When brushing 4 minutes a day, we expect your iO Series 7 to last around 2 weeks. We're sorry it's not lasting as long as you had expected. The Oral-B iO 9 should last between 7-14 days on a single charge depending on your brushing habits. If you brush for the dentist-recommended two minutes, twice a day you should get at least 10 days from a single charge, but brushing more often will mean you’ll also need to charge the handle more often.
