[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow!! Can I just say if one could love a toothbrush like a favorite blanket, this would be it. The sittings for each brush is just amazing, we will be adding one for each grandchild. The teen lives the colors to choose from and the sitting to fit him and not just a toothbrush.

There are a lot of great things about this toothbrush, but there is one obvious major flaw that ruins it for me. When you use it, there are holes along the head of the brush that go directly in your mouth and get wet. These holes are IMPOSSIBLE to clean, and when water sits in them it forms mold. So after a few weeks of using this brush, you will literally be able to taste any mold that grows inside the brush head. It's disgusting, unhygienic, and really difficult to work around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this toothbrush for the past 3 weeks, and it has many features that I enjoy and a couple that I would want to improve. It was very easy to follow the steps required to set up the toothbrush. I like that it has 5 smart modes. I selected and use the “daily clean” mode every day, but it’s nice that I could choose the “intense” mode or “sensitive” mode if needed, as well as “whitening” or “gum care”. One of the first things I did was download the Oral-B app, and I tried multiple times to connect my brush to my phone, but I wasn’t successful, so I can’t comment on the brushing feedback provided by the app. I like that the smart pressure sensor and interactive display provide me with some feedback about my brushing (whether I’m applying too much, too little or just the right amount of pressure and a smiley face to let me know how well I brushed). I like that the display shows me my total brushing time and keeps track of the 30 second intervals for each quadrant of my mouth. I also like that the brush pulsates every 30 seconds to indicate when I should move to the next quadrant of my mouth. It’s also nice that the interactive display tells me the remaining battery charge percentage after every brushing. I find that the brush heads are a little large and bulky in my mouth, especially when I’m brushing toward the back of my mouth. I also wish the brush handle was cradled more by the charger rather than simply being placed on top of the magnetic center. It’s very easy to knock the handle off the charger. Overall, I think this is a great, modern, unique and convenient toothbrush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first “high quality” electric toothbrush I’ve had. I’ve used cheap versions but just never invested in anything better. I should have! This makes my mouth feel thoroughly cleaned with little effort.

The brush feels good but everything about the design is the worst. First is magnetic charging slight touch on a crowded sink will topple it off. Screen is pretty much usuless when brushing because we can’t see it. Also there is huge gap where the brush head fits into the handle and finally after the brushing when it’s placed on the charger the water will flow down and collect at the charging location. Not sure how this super expensive brush passed all the design flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made quality rechargeable toothbrush. Very easy to hold because of the way it's design I'm impressed with the technology that's behind this toothbrush. It has smart modes and sensors that adapt to your brushing style.

I purchased the Oral-B iO series 9 toothbrush back in May during a Mother’s Day sales event. I was shocked to see the increase in consistency, in regards to my brushing routine. I love utilizing the app because it allows me to ensure a thorough cleaning each time I brush. I also love that it motivates me to brush more often and to keep up with my flossing! I love that the app shares data with my Apple health app. Part of the reason why I love Apple health app is because it gives me insight into my daily activities and rewards me for meeting my goals. Like the Apple health app, the Oral-B app tracks my progress and rewards me for meeting goals! I have read other reviews that talk about his toothbrush being messy; As long as you disconnect the brush head from the toothbrush and rinse both the head and toothbrush, and then dry after each use there is no mess. I have always done this with my power toothbrushes so it’s no biggie for me. Love, Love, Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toothbrush is amazing! My teeth feel so clean after brushing. It has a lot of different setting to use when brushing. I also love the fact that it counts your time as you brush. My new favorite toothbrush!

Overall, the brush is great and the modes are fun. The feel is good, and heads work well and feel like they are cleaning. Now, the BIGGEST con / negative aspect I have with the product is that the brush heads have 3 "air flow" holes in them (don't know the proper term) that while you're brushing, water and toothpaste can leak through. While leaking it travels down the whole toothbrush to where my hand holds it, so after every brushing session I have to end up rinsing the entire toothbrush and my hand. This is -really- annoying unfortunately and after almost every brush session I ponder returning the product. It works great, feels great, and cleans great, but the feeling of saliva and toothpaste running through the brush head holes, down the toothbrush and onto my hand, is really annoying...

The batteries work great, it looks great and has the right amount of pressure. It does not irritate his gums and the texture of the brush is just right, not too hard or soft. Now i need one!
