Still having trouble sleeping

Nice bed and mattress. Met my expectations and some.

Why does bed move side ro side on frame, have against wall and it moves 2 inches off wall every night?

Bed is amazing. I work a lot of different hours and have trouble sleeping. The comfort of having the tilt and message is very beneficial. When I set the message on the timer it puts me to sleep immediately.

I'm giving it a 4.5 Stars. The mattress slips on the frame a little too easily. Else it is doing a great job. The electronics work great. We are happy with it.

The shipping box arrived with multiple holes and visible damage. The base cover has a hole. The product and packaging appear to have been previously returned, as the box had multiple layers of tape and looked re-packed rather than factory-sealed. Given the condition, I do not consider this item acceptable to keep. Please, don’t buy. Wasting time
