I am not 100% sold on the lift arms, but the lower settings on the motor are amazing.

I bought this for myself for Christmas. Love it! So beautiful. An upgrade to the old one.

I have two bowl lift stand mixers. One AC Motor which is loud. Think nails on a chalkboard. When I break out that mixer the dogs leave the room and try to jump ship. I break out my other mixer with a DC motor and they stick around. Both of my mixers are KitchenAid both Bowl Lift. The AC motor is not as strong I find as the DC motor one I have. I would not buy another mixer knowing it has an AC motor.

This was a Christmas gift and it won’t even work. The amount of money these things cost and the distance and additional time out of our busy schedules to handle a return and pray a replacement last years to come is overwhelming. We live an hour and half from the store we bought it from, also concerned the holiday price will not be matched as it’s full price again.

Tried kneading bread first time and it stopped after 5 minutes. Had to wait for it to cool down before starting again

This has turned out to be exactly what I needed to make my baking significantly easier. Each attachment has proven to be useful.

It works really well. We do, however get some black residue on our hands when using it and we're not sure where that's coming from. Our mixer is painted black'

The machine works very well. I really like the half speed for getting ingredients mixed without them flying out of the bowl. The two bowls are also great for cake batter and frosting.
