I own a catering business and many times I have a need to store gravies in larger containers than quarts and these are a great size and thickness. They can also be used for sour dough starter for those working in larger quantities.

I bought these to hold homemade ice cream that I made for the 4th of July. Each is a gallon, exactly the size of my freezer. They are translucent so you can see the color either through the lid or the side. I made chocolate, vanilla bean, and strawberry. I stored what little ice cream that was left in these in my freezer.

Love the Cambros! Wish Sam’s Club had more sizes and the square ones.

Perfect for mixing and storing after prep or pickling

Having worked in the food industry all my life, when I saw Cambro I knew these would not disappoint. At home I make sauces, marinades, and store things like spaghetti and other foods that would permanently stain similar looking storage containers. These was clean with soap and hot water, no discoloration at all. I also have the 6 qt which I use in the pantry for my flours, sugars, and such. Waiting for SAM's to carry the smaller 2 qt.

Great for food prep. Does not take up a whole lot of space in fridge.

We use and have used Cambro Containers many times, and have never had an issue with them. They will fit usually where a gallon jug would fit.

These are perfect for the large amounts of dry ingredients we needed for the holidays.

I use Cambro containers for everything in my kitchen and have for years. They are practically indestructible. So when the lids split within a couple of months of purchase, it makes me doubt the authenticity of the product Sam’s Club is shipping. This is the last time I try to save money by buying from Sam’s Club.
