To expensive doesn't work how instructions say it should

My radio would sometimes connect with my phone and sometimes it wouldn't. Most of the time it wouldn't. So I've got this monster unit and plugged it into my radio and now it connects all the time! Just what I needed!

Once it powers up, it works! I just noticed my phone stays connected even when my truck is powered off even after 15-20mins, I just disconnect the usb cable when not using it.

I would give this zero stars if I could. It is CONSTANTLY disconnecting from my iPhone. I have an iPhone 17. It also has trouble playing to my audio books when I'm listening to them. Do not buy. Find another option

After pairing the device with my phone it would not connect to the cars android auto / screen. it would play music but not display to the navigation. tried many times resetting and repairing and still nothing. the device just would not work. it also feels cheaply made

2018 Expedition only works with wired CarPlay. Setup was very simple, and the response is “fast enough” without any noticeable delay. It does stay powered on even with the vehicle turned off, so I'm not sure of the long term effects of that yet. Would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was what I was looking for but the price was confusing because I attempted to buy the product in store first but it was almost $20 more expensive buying in store as opposed to buying it from the app. So I had to come back the next day to pick it up instead of buying it when I was in store.

I bought this at the store out of convenience of having it right now. There are other options you can get which plug right into the port and don't need a cable. I am the only one driving my car that is connected so I can't speak to multiple users. Takes under a minute to connect when I turn on the car. Only once so far did I have to turn the bluetooth off on my phone and turn back on to connect. Once connected doesn't lag or drop from what I've experienced. I don't have experience with the main competitor Otto. Only thing that one has that this doesn't is the direct plug into the port where this one you use the USB-C cable. That is my only complaint about this one. Also, my experience is with Android Auto, haven't tried Apple Carplay
