Couldn’t be easier to setup. All you do is plug it in, it automatically connects. You accept on your phone. After this it automatically connects everytime. Haven’t had any issues at all

It works fine until it randomly stops working but it stays connected . And yes the audio output automatically switches to car play so I wouldn’t have to manually switch the output unless I’m connected to multiple devices

No latency. Out of all the products I had before, there was latency. Not with this one. Sound quality was great. Everything was great about it. Whoever get this device will not be disappointed.

Works great! Not having to take my phone out of my pocket and plug it in every time I get in my truck to listen to my music and use navigation is a game changer!

I bought this at the store out of convenience of having it right now. There are other options you can get which plug right into the port and don't need a cable. I am the only one driving my car that is connected so I can't speak to multiple users. Takes under a minute to connect when I turn on the car. Only once so far did I have to turn the bluetooth off on my phone and turn back on to connect. Once connected doesn't lag or drop from what I've experienced. I don't have experience with the main competitor Otto. Only thing that one has that this doesn't is the direct plug into the port where this one you use the USB-C cable. That is my only complaint about this one. Also, my experience is with Android Auto, haven't tried Apple Carplay

Disconnects continuously. Very unreliable after a month.

Just garbage. Don't waste your money.
