I tried it to replicate the mock crab salad that one of the big sandwich chains used to offer. I sliced it up width wise and noticed the texture looked like real crab. Mixed in with mayo and a pinch of salt and pepper. Put it on a soft roll w provolone cheese and it was delicious. Very good crab flavor. I’ve made this several times now.

I use snow legs in my crab dip. I like it better than the other imitation.

Great tasting, but doesn't have a very long shelf life. So make sure you use it quickly!
