Purchased mattress about 2 1/2 years ago. It is now beginning to sag about an inch causing back pain while sleeping, but not enough for a warranty claim. For this price point, not worth the money. Will not purchase this brand again. They do not back the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the bed for 1 week but so far it is living up to our expectations. I'm a side sleeper and I haven't had any trouble with my shoulder like I did with my previous bed. The only concern was that it took a few weeks to get it because of the delivery schedule. Otherwise, the delivery went well. The delivery men were very personable and professional.
