This bed lived up to my expectations! Most comfortable bed I've ever owned! Folks please do yourself a favor and order directly from Stearns and Foster. Their customer service is exemplary. The delivery was flawless. Wait time was excellent for a hand crafted bed made just for me. Heavenly!

In fact, we were so pleased that when it came time for our new mattress we didn't even consider other brands. Our new S&F Lux Estate firm pillow top king is everything we expected. We both sleep comfortably and wake up rested.

It is very supportive and comfortable. This is our favorite mattress. We are 70 & it supports our back, hips, and knees very well & comfortably.

Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.

Very worried about too much foam and heat. We did a lot of investigating and felt that Stearns & Foster had a product we could embrace. It has only been a week but the change over has been very flawless. We are both very comfortable and can tell the quality of the mattress is high end. Hopeful we will continue to be happy for many years.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

I remember my husband sleeping in a recliner for two months, after his surgery. My new Stern's & Foster mattress and adjustable base allowed me the comfort of being able to sleep in my bed. While the comfort is as expected, numerous clearly visible threads were left hanging during the manufacturing process. While this does not affect comfort, it does make us question whether there was less attention to detail for those parts of the mattress not visible. It also affects our image of S&F and gives the impression this mattress is not worthy of the phrase "Lux Estate." My advice to S&F would be, details matter.
