The first night we slept on the new Stearns and Foster mattress I slept all night long for the first time in a long time! My husband loves a firm mattress and I like a softer feel. Very worried about too much foam and heat. We did a lot of investigating and felt that Stearns & Foster had a product we could embrace. It has only been a week but the change over has been very flawless. We are both very comfortable and can tell the quality of the mattress is high end. Hopeful we will continue to be happy for many years.

While the comfort is as expected, numerous clearly visible threads were left hanging during the manufacturing process. While this does not affect comfort, it does make us question whether there was less attention to detail for those parts of the mattress not visible. It also affects our image of S&F and gives the impression this mattress is not worthy of the phrase "Lux Estate." My advice to S&F would be, details matter.

Never buy without first trying it. Since i had previously bought two it didn't seem necessary. Not bery good help online. The only thing i love is the appearance.

The edge support is great and doesn't sink keeping you stable as you rise to a standing position. I now wake up with no back pain, well worth the money ,Stearns and Foster sells an elite product. I used to wake up with shoulder and neck pain, but I feel this bed properly supports me when sleeping and I no longer experience any aches after sleeping. The only thing negative I can say about the mattress is that you don't want to get off of it in the morning.

We purchased the King size Lux Estate Hybrid Medium and could not be happier! The quality of this mattress is top tier! I definitely feel like we made the right investment with this mattress and I have already recommended it to many others! I can finally get a full nights sleep without tossing, turning, or my arm falling asleep.

This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.
