But nope, it's been perfectly comfortable from day one (and my back is grateful)! I'd fallen in love with a friend's old old Stearns and Foster mattress (did I mention I have back pain?), so I decided to buy my own, and what a difference it's made. I'd had a 15 year old Sleep Number before, which had broken down and was extremely painful to sleep on. The Stearns and Foster I fell in love with was at least that old and wasn't broken down, thus my decision to purchase one, and look forward to many years of use. From the smooth online ordering to the delivery timing and customer service, I couldn't be happier, so I'd definitely recommend investing in this mattress (for reference, I have preferred a soft mattress before this).

It is very supportive and comfortable. This is our favorite mattress. We are 70 & it supports our back, hips, and knees very well & comfortably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper and my husband tosses and turns, so with our prior mattress it was rough getting a good night sleep. We are so happy with the new split king lux estate adjustable mattress. It's soft but firm, and we love that we can put our head or feet up independently. Neither of us wakes up with back pain like we used to and most of all, my husband can move all he wants and it doesn't interrupt my sleep. The only thing I don't love about it is sometimes after adjusting each mattress, you have to push it back over a little to the center to push them together. I wish the mattress had a backing similar to a rug for no slipping against the frame so this doesn't happen. Even with that, still great purchase and experience for us! Easy to order online and the delivery guys were great.

We are extremely impressed with the quality of this mattress! From the very first night, we could tell how well made and comfortable it is. It provides the perfect balance of support and softness, and we’ve both been sleeping so much better since getting it. You can really feel the quality in the materials and craftsmanship. We had a S & F years ago.. Bought another brand about 10yrs ago and I have been waiting on it to wear out so I could go back to a S & F So far ( 1 month in) it is super comfy.. I have had some issues with pain across my shoulders since we have been sleeping on it.. I am hoping its just my body getting use to it. It is super comfy and soft. We opted for the medium and Maybe should have gotten the firm.. We shall see

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second S+F mattress. Our first one was a great mattress but was ruined by our movers during a move and thus had to be replaced. We bought a mattress from a different manufacturer and after several years had to have it replaced because it was sagging. We bought another S+F mattress and are finally sleeping so much better again!!
