The picture is good. My frustration is the selection of apps. I downloaded an app I have a subscription for, but there seems no way to add the app to the favorites. My daughter searched for an app she has, but it wasn't available.

Great TV for the price!

Purchased this TV on December 3, 2024 to use in my game/exercise room. Mounted TV a week ago and sarted watching TV just 3 days ago. Picture quality is great & sound is ok but the TV constantly shuts off & display the Samsung logo. Unplugged the TV for 20 minutes but it still shuts off repeatedly. Not able to watch anything in its entirety on this TV. Very dissapointing. I own other Samsung TVs but this is the only one that is apparantly defective. Will be returning the TV to store.

I didn't receive any Sam's Cash for this purchase and I'm not happy about it.

The Samsung TV Plus streaming service is a tremendous value. That combined with easy integration of all streaming apps make traditional cable obsolete.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture on this TV is really good it comes on very fast. But the bass frequencies for the speakers quality is lacking. I'm I am an electrical engineer. And the sound quality is just not there there's many vibrations and distortions on the bass side.

The only complaint is that the remote works both TV at the same time. It's his and hers side by side.
