This TV is great so far. I had a 55” Samsung that I liked so much so I bought another Samsung. I was able to use the same mounting bracket that was already on the wall over my fireplace. Wasn't too heavy to mount with two people doing the mounting. Fits perfectly over a corner gas insert fireplace where everyone can see it from any angle. Great for watching sports. The colors are fantastic.

Equipment is great. Shipping process was a nightmare. A few days shy of being a month it tooknto get this product when I could have picked up CURBSIDE at the club same day. Customer service with online orders help to finally push the 3rd party shipper. But even they had and extended process of calling and waiting on return calls to find out why it wasnt delivered.

We were very happy with our 70" Samsung QLED Smart TV. It was just the right size, and the technology has met our expectations.

Went to buy the TV at our Sam's they were out. I got it shipped to me and it was perfect with the same sale. Price delivery was a dream. The man were great TV and top condition.

Has beautiful vibrant colors. Enter face is user friendly and was easy to hang and set up.

TV works great. Really good buy on sale for $697! Was a bit difficult for me as a first time smart tv owner to figure out how to program it, but I got it done! Biggest issue I had was getting my extended warranty that was included signed up for. That took a lot of effort! That process needs to be improved on.

We have not hooked it up yet, however we bought it during the promotion where it included a 5 year protection plan. The delivery was very good however there was no paperwork included. I went online to check receipt and there's no mention of the extended warranty. I went to our Sam's Club to enquire about the warranty and first they told me that you get 2 years with the TV. Then when I showed her the TV online she got a manager. He gave me the warranty brochure and said “you just call them “. I pointed out that when you put the item in your cart it shows the warranty $84.99 value included with $0 cost, however nothing shows on the receipt that proves it. There's no information about registration of the extended warranty. The manufacturer warranty is done on the TV when you set it up. So in 3-5 years if something goes wrong what are our rights?

I went to buy a 65 in and the manager said buy the 70 inch same price and it has a 5 year warranty and free streaming apps for 6 months. I got it home and contacted Allstate and they didn't know anything about it. I contacted the store and talked to a manager. After arguing for a while he agreed to give me the warranty but I wouldn't get the apps. The apps were a 60 or 80 dollar value. I took a photo of the sale placard on the shelf. The tv and apps had already expired according to the photo. Sams club has always made things right in the past without question.
