Runs great quiet and smooth. good pressure also paired with a turbo nozzle or a rotary brush is a big win. i use foam cannon too and works great. the only i think they can improve is a longer hose

I have used one wash pressure washer to do my fence, side walks and still in the process of pressure washing the house. This is a good product, however, I find the handle has a tendency to fold when moving the unit. The value for the product is good.

My original Generac power washer was near ten years old and had heavy use over the years. When parts were needed in the pump to keep it going, because of its age, some of the small parts were obsolete! Went out and bought a new Generac, that was capable of higher pressure settings, and paid a bit less then I did for the one I bought ten years ago...! I did not want to trash my old washer because the engine ran so great, therefore I found a new pump that fit, ordered it, and now I have two great power washers, and am very happy with both. Larry

I have had the pressure washer for 2 years, I really like this pressure washer, starts easy with the battery or the pull cord. The dial on the handle allows for several different pressures. Need to make sure you have a 90 degree spout for your gas can or the gas will spill out. I am 5'10” the handle needs to either be adjustable or longer, trying to guide the washer and maneuver it's makes it difficult to pull, go down steps, or push.

My husband John wanted this item for Father Day 2016. He has used it for cleaning the exterior of the house and the fence. He is extremely impressed with the easy assembly, the portability of the unit. He would definitely recommend this unit for anyone needing a pressure washer for any exterior projects. He also would say that any lady looking for a unit should consider purchasing this unit. I have actually used it myself. However I prefer inside cleaning than being out side in the heat of Arkansas.

I'm very happy with the machine. I offer the following as feedback for improvements. 1.The paper instructions on using the choke and gas levers are not clear. The "start" positions versus the storage positions should be clearly pictured. 2. Very hard to read the writing on the choke and gas levers. There should be some type of contrast paint or other method of clearing identifying "on" and "off". 3. It would be nice to have additional "holes" for the two "two story" nozzles. I bought the two story nozzle kit, which is great, but I have to store separately. 4. Same goes for the 32 in lance. No place to store this on the machine. 5. Difficult to move the machine with the basic "wand/lance" attached to the powerdial gun/handle. The attachment point for the powerdial handle is not enough to hold the handle and lance firmly. (I'm not referring to the optional 32 in lance....I'm referring to the standard lance) THANK YOU! Mike Murphy

I was impressed on how quickly it came from when I ordered it, within a week it was here. It came clean, nicely packaged, I was very happy. I especially like how the handle folds down for easy storage. The pressure washer works great on stubborn dirt and grime on concrete, as well as decorative rocks. It definitely cleaned better than I thought it would. I can't wait to do the siding on the house. In fact my neighbor wants me to have me do his sidewalk, because mine looks so good. I got a great deal, and excellent product that will last for many years to come. Very happy with the purchase.

I've never used a pressure washer before but I had no difficulty in using my new washer to clean my deck. I then cleaned my brick walkway and siding and I'm now my wife's best pal. Both my sons have borrowed it and enjoyed using it. I may now look into one of your home generators.

I've been using this power washer for about 5 years now and love it (for the most part). It starts right up and runs great. I only use ethanol-free gas in it (as I do for all my power equipment - highly recommended) and keep it in my basement during the winter (to keep residual water from freezing in the pump). My only complaint is it takes some effort to get the detergent flowing through the pump. I've tried using the built-in reservoir, but couldn't get it to work, so I just put the clear tube straight into the gallon container of detergent. It takes some time and priming to get it to flow, but eventually it works. Other than that, it's been awesome!
