[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked well initially and while I was washing the engine died and could not get started. Probably a total of 2 hours washing.

I was pleased when I used it to power wash my deck. But I did not like the fact that the soap hose keeps touching the engine and it is now melted and I will need to fix it.

It was a nice pressure washer, really liked it. Used it 3 times and the aluminum pump got a crack in it, water would spray everywhere. Used 5 times in less than 3 years, drained it, made sure no water in it, they would not honor the warranty.

Used this machine for about 30 minutes then it shut off. When I tried to start the machine it would barley run and shut off when I would try to spray. Now I can't finish my half washed side of my house.

Must say this is a disappointment. Bought this last fall but didn't put together till today. 15 minutes into rinsing off slab the hose blew a hole in it. What junk this hose is. You think they would have more quality than this.

Professional detailer. I own 4 other pressure washers that were much cheaper. I thought spending a bit more money would be a better investment. Wrong. My craftsman units are 3 and 4 years of service and still working.

I purchased this power washer to use all around my house and I really like the different pressure settings. It was easy to set up and use. Very happy with this purchase.

Overall ok . thermal relief valve plastic piece broke on 6th use

Great product.....It's a must to have for a home owner.

Unit was easy to assemble. Started right up and stripped our deck very quickly. I am impressed.
