I love the pressure washer, it worked good for about two weeks then I tried to start it and the rope didn't go back in, so now I have to take it to get fixed, but its still a good pressure washer and things happen.

Needs a support or someplace to place your foot against the machine to avoid pulling to sideways with the engine not being turned over. That would help. otherwise a fine washer.
