Remote

I have had this tv 2 days and the remote has already stopped working. Can no longer use the shortcut buttons which has me worried how long the rest of the remote will work.

Hello Unhappy, sorry to hear you are not having a smooth experience. I would love the opportunity to have our technical support team learn more about the issues you are experiencing. Typically, these issues can be resolved by power cycling the TV and the remote at the same time. To do this, unplug the TV's power and then hold the power button on the TV for 5 seconds or leave it unplugged for at least a minute. While the TV is unplugged, remove the batteries from the remote and press all buttons on the remote to make sure that none of them are stuck. Go ahead and plug the TV's power back in, put the batteries back in the remote, and attempt to power the TV on with the remote.
