[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My grandson recommended that I get the Vizio TV because he has one and he loves it, and I must say, this TV is amazing, the picture is so beautiful and real like and the sound, omg it sounds like the action is right there in the room with you, I found myself looking around to find out where the noise was coming from and it was from the tv, it sounds so real.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good tv with very clear picture and sound quality. Bought for our Dad who also uses the closed captions. Only issue was not compatible with Spectrum cable in our area and had to purchase Roku device to get channel line up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so disappointed in this TV!! I compared it to 6 other similar TV's and this one just had the best overall stats and the things that I wanted. My husband was very much set against it as he doesn't like the brand, but I talked him into it based on the comparison and these awesome reviews.. Te app options are great, I love that I can connect to Alexa and I love that I can connect my Apple phone. But my gosh, the sound quality is not good, it sounds like theres a tiny speaker in the back of the TV. Oof, and the picture quality… it's just terrible!! Sometimes you can actually see the pixels and almost like a cloudy film like look? It's hard to explain. But even when the picture quality is decent, it still has a fuzzy like appearance. Most definitely not something I'd expect from a brand new TV made in 2023! We even did a test.. Compared this TV against my 5+ year old other brand Smart TV in my room. 3 DVD's and a show. 2 of the DVD's were the same movie, but one was normal and one Blu-ray. My bedroom tv was flawless! My 5+ year old TV! The Normal DVD looked just about the same on my bedroom tv than the Blu-ray looked on this brand new tv! I have no idea how the reviews are this good. I'm not sure if I got a faulty TV or what, but the thought of exchanging it for a new one and then having to return it for a new one of the replacement has the same issues, is just a hassle. Such a bummer and now I'm back at square 1 AND I have to admit to my husband that he was right. Overall, such a bummer and proof that reviews can't be trusted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, I really liked this TV, but as I used it more and more, I have become frustrated that it doesn't always connect easily to my internet. Also, and this is BIG for me, it doesn't contain all the Apps that I want namely the UP Faith and Family App. I have searched and searched for ways around that to no avail. I thought after this last update it would be there, but NO. WHY!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Vizio TV's since 2007. As a matter of Fact I own 8. The 1st one I bought was a 42" Plasma. It still has a Great Picture. But the Sound went out. I also have four 32" and one 24". I bought a 55 inch about 2019 and in 2022 the Audio went out. Shortly after the 42" lost its audio. I replaced the 55" with a Smart 55" in Sept 2022. That Audio went out last week. Yes I would still recommend Vizio TV's but they really need to work on their Audio Problems because that have it in the Picture quality.

I am usually a Samsung loyalist and have been so used to Samsung TVs but after receiving a Vizio TV for my birthday, I'm really happy with it! I actually exchanged it for a bigger size 50”. I think I might be more happier with my Vizio than my Samsung. Quality looks great and I love the smart features my Vizio TV has. I think the overall style is cleaner. For price and quality, I don't think you can beat it. Any future TV purchases I will be making will be a Vizio TV.

This model will not turn on with a sound bar attached.contacted customer support for assistance.informed that this model needs a upgrade ,which will be available in 2/3 weeks .will be return this weekend if upgrade is not posted . Have purchased a few other models will great satisfaction. So disappointed with this one .

For the value this tv has great picture, sound, and many apps and capabilities including airplay and casting. Very satisfied with my purchase next is a Soundbar to make it sound even better !
