Would NOT recommend purchasing this item - quality issues. Product quality on this TV leaves something to be desired, that's an under statement. in less than 6 months the TV remote failed, has to be unplugged daily to restart because it has a bug and wont connect to the internet (the internet network is not the issue), and now has started turning off sporadically without notice to restart a couple minutes later without promoting. Vizio quality has noticably declined over the last few years. I will never buy this brand again.

Purchased my Vizio maybe 2 years ago. The lights inside the top of the screen blew out. Apparently they do not offer the lights a replacement option. You just have to buy a new tv. I've had this issue repaired with a previous tv with no problem. Sucks, I've never had an issue with the Vizio tv. Now it just has to be replaced.

Bought TV last week for my Mom and the picture quality was blurry. We set up the picture settings like Consumer Reports advised and still it was blurry. The letters seem clear and people in the background seemed clear, but when a person was the main focus and a close up was on the screen, it still was blurry. Took TV back and will look for a replacement recommended by CR. Either an LG or a Samsung seemed to top their list. I should have looked at CR's ratings before buying the Visio. We have Visio's in our house and they are fine. But not this model.

TV never worked well from the beginning. And now doesn't work at all. Total trash!!

Works great. Connectors on back are hard to access when mounted in a corner on wall

Great TV, great price. Easy to use.

TV goes out occasionally while watching.
