[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I just hit 57 annd I've only made it through my very first box-with which I need to be more consistent; but due to my mom's 3 strokes and recent passing, having a son in the hospital, another working after school, and many changes going on, things have been chaotic. I have noticed that when I am able (have time!) to sleep, I do rest better; and I have a good bit more energy to spread out with my kids (14-35), and my grandkids (3-12).
