I wasn't sure I wanted to continue using it but when I stopped..oh my gosh, my hair and eyelashes seemed to quit growing and looked really dull, my skin had a different color to it kinda grayish and had a hard time sleeping well and all thru the night! I immediately started taking SeroVital and in no time my hair and eyelashes grew and both were thick and shiny. My skin was healthy again and I was sleeping like a rock all night. I have struggled with sleep since my early 20's. With SeroVital I now get a good night sleep every night. That in itself is worth every penny!

I'm going to use it for 1 year and see how it goes. It's expensive, but any good quality product is. It is challenging to find a good time to take the product as instructed with nothing else for 2 hours on either side.
