It’s easy to take on the go and for a quick and easy snack. I love the ingredients as I feel it is healthier than other brands. The strawberry one doesn't have a lot, so the fruit flavor is more of an aftertaste. Is about the size of a protein bar, and is a great afternoon snack for myself & my little one.
