Good with one drawback

I purchased few days back. Its good with one issue that happened 2 to 3 times now. Suddenly keyboard and mouse looses the Bluetooth connection intermittently. How do we solve this issue? Any software update for this. Please help

Seven Is My Lucky Number

I've gone through six different keyboards from different mfrs and couldn't find one I really liked until I bought this keyboard/mouse combo. One of the great things is it requires only one key to switch between devices, not a combination of keys. Key operation is soft, smooth, and quiet. Mouse switches between 3 devices, as well. Angle of keyboard has 3 options. Uses two AA batteries in keyboard, not needing cumbersome cable to recharge. I finally found a keyboard I love.

Love em!

Love these keyboards, while they last. I get about 2 years out of one before the letters come off the keys or the keys start sticking. However, I do use mine daily for about 4 hours a day. They are comfortable for my large hands and the layout adds to the ergometric design.
