Artisan Cheese At It's Best - This cheese is almost addictive. Not just a "cheesy" flavor additive, this is the real deal. My favorite way to enjoy it is to just let a piece melt in my mouth. I buy 2 at a time so as not to run out at the end of one.

I'm a big cheese lover, so I was really excited to try this one. Unfortunately, it was incredibly disappointing. I honestly can't put into words how bad it was. Not to be dramatic, but it tasted like biting into a piece of rancid cheese. Definitely do not recommend.

I love cheese, and I like caramelized onions on/in certain foods, but I hesitated to buy this product and then was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I shared half of it with a friend, and she also loved it. It's an interesting contrast of a medium sharp, savory cheese with a slightly sweet onion flavor, so it's got a tang to it that's hard to describe. I love it all by itself, but I think it would also taste great melted on a smash burger or something like that.
