It was pretty good for a fancy cheese. It was a little dry. We found that it was more that my family doesn’t care for sharper artisan cheeses.

Good if you like artisan cheese

Did not enjoy the flavor or texture at all. It was slimy on the outside ans dry/crumbly on the inside. The flavor was too strong of sweet onion.

Definitely an acquired taste.

Not my favorite. Very strong onion flavor. Might be better used in a dish that calls for cheese. I'd leave it off the cheeseboard though.

Strong onion flavor

Excellent cheese. Has a mild sweet caramelized onion flavor. We eat it as part of our charcuterie plate. For a change, I shredded some and put it on the top of the ThanksGiving green bean casserole and it added a really unique flavor.
