Shampoo great but conditioner the top wouldn't open at all.

The shampoo is extremely watered down & you have to use three times the normal amount to get hair clean.

It arrived in one day! I Couldn't get the pump open on the shampoo. I'd read several comments that say the pumps do not work. It also arrived in a bag that was open, although the product was not damaged other than the pump not working.

Pump did not work on one bottle when I got it and the pump broke on the other bottle after using 3 times. Now I have to lift the huge bottles to use it, It took some of the color out of my hair and did not make my hair less frizzy. and did not make my hair less frizzy.

I love the shampoo... but the pump on the shampoo bottle does not work. It's nothing against the product. Just a defective bottle.

The pump on the shampoo won't open. The bottle is way to big and heavy to try to unscrew in the shower to use.
