Great shampoo %26 conditioner set for permanently colored, coarse, thick, dry, damaged hair. Love the smell, reasonably priced, %26 salon quality. I recommend these Nexxus products highly.

Nexxus Colour Assurance is an amazing set. The product works great together during the dry heat intensive winter months. Keeps your hair moisturized and static/frizzy free.

I started using this hair product recently after having used another salon brand for years. Leaves my hair feeling clean and not weighed down. Doesn't dry out my hair strands. Doesn't leave my hair frizzy during humid summers in the south.

Love the shampoo, but the container pump was difficult to use. It did not work properly at first conditioner pump work perfectly on the first attempt.

Nothing too special about this shampoo. It does help keep the color some but i don't like that doesn't lather up that great on my scalp. I wash my hair every 2 days to prevent it from getting too oily. I have longer hair and it lathers great on my hair and ends but not so much on my scalp. Thats why im only giving 4 stars. Same with the conditioner. It does okay but it does not help help detangle my hair like other conditioners.

I have no complaint about this product. I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and I'm happy with the quality. This newer pump design is a DISASTER!!! It should not take 20 minutes wrestling with a bottle to open it. I watched a tiktok video and a you tube video of people explaining how to open this pump. The pump on the conditioner bottle I purchased would not open and is now broken and not usable as a pump or to twist on and off of the bottle. It was frustrating to the point that I will not buy again until the pump style is updated. During the same shopping trip to purchase this product, I purchased a pump style bottle of another brand's body wash. That pump had an arrow on the top of the pump. I turned it about a half turn and the pump popped up and worked without any problem, AS IT SHOULD.

It seems to me that this shampoo just doesn't seem to lather up like it remember it doing in years past. I can't decide if it's just too runny, thin or even watered down? The end result seems to be fine, but I love lots of lather, it just makes me feel like I'm getting cleaner!
