The foundation was easy to assemble and has been great (we’ve had it for about a month). My only complaint is the slatted mat that inserts into the foundation base is difficult to keep in place when you put the mattress on top of it. In a perfect world, there would be a way to anchor the mat at each end so it wouldn’t slip when the mattress is being placed.

I have had the ghostbed about 30 days. I have good night's and bad nights. I believe I am still in the break-in period. Sleep is better but not much better. It seems a little more firm than expected, but maybe it will be better in the next 30-60 days. Price was right.

I'm really good at building flat pack furniture and this was more of a pain than I expected after reading other reviews that boasted its simplicity. It would have been simple had quality control looked at the pieces that were sent to me at all. The pieces that go down the sides and middle (king size) weren't squared up at all, making it impossible to get the boxspring squared up and the slats were incredibly beaten up and splintering. I could have built this myself with straight boards and saved a ton of money. I'm just glad the cover disguises how crappy it really is and it does function at supporting the mattress.

There are much better foundation beds out there that are much easier to assemble and with better material. The quality of this bed was so poor, it couldn't be assembled because the pieces didn't fit together properly. Furthermore, the wood used is so poor, it left splinters all over the floor. Do yourself a huge favor and search for any other wooden box spring foundation if you even really need one. There are foundation beds at a similar price point on Wayfair that have much better quality.

Just right for me. Had a little trouble with the assembly, but I got off at 9pm and was drinking wine by 12. I love the legs because you can change the height. The bed is sturdy. that means a lot for big girl and guys, aka ME. This bed is true to it's word, WORTH EVERY PENNY!

It was very time consuming to have to drill all those screws into the boards, not to mention worrying about correct spacing vs where the supports were on the bed frame. Made for an interesting afternoon. Now that the support is on the bed frame and we have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks, I LOVE it! It is quiet and sturdy. The foundation to me is Not worth it. The mattress is worth it, love the mattress. On The foundation the wood is cracked and pieces didn’t line up just right. Pre Drilled holes in incorrect spots (easy fix). You cannot return it so I fixed the mistakes myself because I didn’t want to wait another two weeks for shipping for a warranty replacement.

Wow, was this foundation ever easy to put together. I've put many pieces of furniture together and this foundation came together perfectly. I'm 73 and I had it together in 30 minutes. Every piece fit perfectly and the only 2 tools I needed were included. Sturdy and attractive!

Ever put up with something so long and then finally replace it? That's the way it was with our mattress. Our new Ghostbed is super quiet and comfortable! There was very little adjustment period as we quickly adapted! The best part is waking up realizing that you've slept through the night and wake up refreshed with no aches and pains!!

I received the bed today and assembled. Quite an ordeal. Unlike their video plan on having someone help you. They included a list of components with directions to a mounting video. Unfortunately, it was for a frame made of wood not square tubing like I received. The foundation itself seems like it has been well engineered but the same effort was clearly not made with the assembly instructions. Poor quality illustrations, poor written assembly instructions and wrong links for the customer. And finally, good luck with mounting a headboard. Their mounting bracket for the queen gives you little choices for positioning and once installed has quite a bit of bracket flex. Cannot return it so am stuck with trying to get the headboard stabilized or take it off. In fairness it may be the headboard but based on queen headboard specs, it measures up to proper width and hole spacing.
