Horrible foundation. From the pictures, it looks like a sturdy foundation. But in reality, it’s annoying to put together, and it so spaced out that the bed sinks in between the slates. Forget about any firmness. There is none. As it makes the bed feel saggy in certain areas. The height is great. But the foundation itself in a horrible combo with the bed.

The bed great but the set up was a pain to say the least. The video was hard to find and the directions were of little to no help. The little metal bars didn’t seem to want to fit at all. As we were trying to get them to fit my hand slipped and it crushed my finger a little.

The mattress is comfortable, but firmer than I was expecting, and much firmer than what I'm used to. The ordering process was easy, and shipping was fast, BUT the mattress and foundation were shipped from two different warehouses, and were delivered a day apart, so I had to take two days off work to receive the items instead of one, this was an inconvenience. The pillows are great, no complaints there. The foundation is the weak link in the chain. It was frustrating to assemble, and several of the planks split when I screwed them down. A couple of the planks were warped as well, causing the screw not to be able to find purchase on the other end, so they wouldn't stay down at all. I ended up having to purchase longer screws so that the warped planks would hold. If I had it to do over, I would not have bought the foundation, and just stuck with my old box spring.

This mattress was highly atticpated from the time I ordered it to the time it arrived at my front door. Initially I thought it was quite firm and took some adjusting but I've had the mattress for about two weeks now and it has molded to my body shape very nicely. I sleep much better these days. I don't regret my purchase!

This was our second purchase. The foundation came damaged but we have the knowledge to repair to complete the construction and get it all set up. The pillows that came with this order were not of the same construction, quality and did were not what we would call GhostPillows as we knew them. We still have two mattresses to replace in the next year or so. As previously we will consider Ghost.

My daughter and I used the direction booklet that came with the foundation and the online video. A visual instruction to me is always better. So thanks for that. We have a King Ghostbed in a small bedroom. The minimalist Ghostbed foundation worked perfect. Plenty of room under for storage. Modern, sturdy, attractive.! A lot of platform bed foundations do not have room for headboard/footboard. This one does. Extra Plus!

We are a pretty active couple and ended up breaking our last bed frame after only a year of having it. I love my original headboard and footboard so we were specifically looking for a sturdy, heavy duty frame that can connect to our original ones. We picked the ghost bed foundation because of the good reviews and the fact that it comes with brackets and supposedly extra legs to make the bed taller for easy storage. Well, it finally came and there are only 2 brackets for the headboard and none for the footboard. Furthermore, the fabric cover that comes with the frame has openings stitched in to accommodate for the headboard brackets but none there for a footboard. So, if I was to get some sort of brackets from a hardware store to try and connect my footboard, I would have to cut holes in the frame cover to make it work . Additionally, no extra legs came with the frame like it said it would in the description, which is fine because the way the frame is designed it makes the bed very tall without having hardly any clearance for storing items under it. So, although there is adequate space under the bed to store things, you literally have to have someone lift the entire bed up on one side while another person slides things under there and same thing to get items out. Luckily we will be storing items we don’t use very often like luggage and such so it’s not a deal breaker, however, it is very annoying. All in all, it is a bed frame and it is very sturdy and doesn’t make noise, which is why I gave it 3 stars. It would be nice if they could be more specific with the description so you know exactly what you’re paying for (I.e. two brackets, 9 legs, low clearance, no accommodation to attach footboard).

We bought the all in one bed foundation for a queen mattress, the frame is very solid. I like how it's not that heavy and it can raise up higher if you want it to. Also look very nice after the frame cover is put on, and also you can used the frame for inside the bed set or a stand alone foundation with headboard attach.

I've had my mattress on the floor since I moved into my home 2 years ago. It's not been much of an issue for me but my boyfriend has said he's been having back pain. I knew buying a frame and a box spring would be pricey but this came across my feed and I was sold. It was quick delivery to my house, within a week. It was quick and easy to put together, it took us less than an hour to put it together. It's now been a couple weeks with our new foundation and he says his back has felt SO much better than it was before. It's been a lot easier to sleep, that's for sure. Also, now I have storage under my bed so that we don't have Junk all over the room. I love this purchase!

I absolutely love the GhostBed Mattress. I haven't slept this good in years. I would buy the mattress again in a heartbeat and I have recommended it to several friends to buy. However! The foundation I detest. My carpenter boyfriend put the foundation together (so we know it was put together correctly) and anytime you move it is the noisiest thing I've ever heard. I removed the mattress and picked up the foundation and it literally sways. The boards had cracks in them upon arrival. I'm just overall not happy at all with the foundation. That is why I only gave the review 4 stars. It would have been fewer, but I love the mattress so so so much. I'm currently looking into other foundation options that will not make noise and when I find one, I'm going to see about returning this noisy foundation.
