The bed is comfortable, but the set up instructions were terrible. I actually called for help to set up the foundation. The man who answered argued with me that I was not reading the instructions correctly. It was so frustrating to read the sentence to him and have him tell me that I was not reading the words correctly. The pictures were not clear and the instructions are wrong. I have written procedures for very complicated functions, step by step, please revise your instructions. At least give the same page to your 'help staff' that you include in your packages. And your video misses the critical step showing how to attach the center brace. If it is not attached correctly the horizontal supports are too long on one side and too short on the other side. Here's another issue, I asked for leg extensions because I was afraid the bed would be too low, Why are the extensions a different diameter than the legs? Besides the bottoms were rounded on the extensions but not on the legs. Made the bed wobbly. I took them off. The bed itself is comfortable and the pillows are good, too bad the instructions are useless.

First and foremost, I want to give a huge "THANK YOU" to Matthew...when I called to order the queen foundation and the top mattress, Matt was awesome...he answered all my questions, he was very kind and knowledgeable! Thanks Matt! As for the bed...I will never buy another kind of mattress...it's like sleeping on a nice fluffy cloud that was made specifically for your body. I've never slept this well...nor has the hubs! Assembly was easier than I had anticipated and comfort was beyond my wildest dreams. I would (and have) recommend a Ghostbed to both friends and family!

Very easy to put together, (but use the video, it's much more accurate than the written instructions). Soooo solid, easy to attach my headboard, and so damn comfortable! Looks elegant. I honestly love it, and it was an incredible price compared to ANYTHING else I could find even in the same ballpark .

I was using a standardly available two piece foldable platform for my mattress and it felt shaky, lumpy and squeaked with the barest of movements. I searched the internet for weeks trying to find something stable, solid and functional in the California King size - which is not easy to find! I found the ghost bed ad online and proceeded to read every single available review and thought that it might be too good to be true. It's not !! This ghost bed All-in-one foundation is not only the most comfortable, it's also very solid/well constructed one I have had the privilege to sleep on. The mattress is supported firmly without feeling hard, there are no lumps, no noises and no movements or feelings of instability. The construction takes about 40 minutes from open box to fully assembled. I recommend reviewing all pieces and instructions prior to starting assembly. Other than one section where I had thought I misunderstood the instructions regarding the middle support- it was a smooth process. The kit comes with the two little wrenches needed to complete assembly and it is easy to do- just review everything and lay out the parts before you start. I got in bed that first night and promptly went right to sleep. I haven't had any issues since- my sleep quality is even better than I could have expected. This basic foundation is well worth the price and I would not only absolutely purchase it again, I have plans to purchase another for my spare room.

Quality is excellent, provides great support for the mattress. I give this foundation three stars because it was a royal pain to put together. You really needed a power screwdriver to get the screws in, or a drill with a screwdriver bit. I hurt my wrist putting the stupid thing together.

The Ghostbed was easy to set up and looks fantastic - we wanted a bedframe for a platform bed, and this fit the bill perfectly. The other consideration we had was a frame that wouldn't move as one of us is a 'wiggle' sleeper, and there is no motion transfer. So, it is well built and a good value for the money.

I buy a lot of things online that I return. This is not one of them. Sturdy, easy to put together (no tools needed!) and aesthetically pleasing. I carried the box and put it together myself. Now my giant husband and 10 year old son can stop breaking my bed frame. Don't wait, just buy it.

We bought 2 twin beds, complete with foundations, mattresses, pillows and sheet sets. I am over 80 years old and my female partner is ten years younger. We have been sleeping on these beds for a month now and found they were easy to install and have provided comfortable sleep and rest for us both. We are happy to give a 5 star rating.

The foundation itself is fantastic. Very sturdy, but light enough to easily transport throughout the house. The difference between the ghostbed on my old standard box spring and now on the ghostbed foundation is remarkable. But...this thing was not fun to assemble. It showed up and I couldn’t help but laugh at the pile of lumber sitting in my living room. With two people assembling this, it still took around an hour. Also, the foundation cover wasn’t included in the box. Customer service was fantastic with sending me a cover the next day. Quality of the product is definitely 5 stars, but the assembly takes it down to 3.

This just seemed like a no brainer when ordering a new GhostBed mattress. Was somewhat easy to put together following the instructions, though they could be clearer. After assembly I had some extra bolts so I watched a video on the GhostBed site, Sure enough, a step was left off the paper instructions. If you buy, follow online instruction, or at least review before you start. Frame is very sturdy and fits the accompanying mattress perfectly. The headboard brackets are helpful, but I still had to drill new holes in my headboard. Because the frame is box spring size, it didn’t quite line up with headboard for a queen size frame. GhostBed should offer links to headboards that would fit their frame/brackets with no modification - or better yet, sell them as part of a combo so one can fully set up a new GhostBed. This frame would replace a box spring beautifully as well. I would buy again!
