I didn't know what to expect going gluten free but it hasn't been too bad. My stomach sure is happier all the way through.

had a good test even untoasted. small slices but can still make a nice sandwich . much better than other brands in the GF world.

although the bread was frozen, it is mashed to about half size. when you have to pay more than 6 dollars a loaf, it should be in an edible condition.

bread was sealed when purchased and had a cobweb like mold growing on it. Yuk. It wasnt set to expire for a while.
