I LOVE this TV for the picture and features and really the TV itself. HOWEVER, it was an absolute NIGHTMARE to mount on my wall, hence, the 3 star rating. I would avoid getting this TV again if I was wanting to mount another TV. We bought 2 different types of mounts that the Samsung specs described as being compatible with the TV. The problem we found was there was not a perfect-sized screw that would fit the hole on the back of the TV securely but ALSO fit onto the actual mount. In the end, the problem was not the screws, it was the depth of the hole on the back of this Samsung. It was a mess. After a bit of jerry-rigging, we were able to make it work. But it would be helpful if this TV had a mount SPECIFICALLY made for it that the specs also included.

Worst user experience ever with a TV , software could have been designed by a 3rd grader and turned out better. The menus .ake no sense , your " home " just keeps playing the last video to distract you. Just take me to a menu , home means I want to be some place else. Not here and another place. Can not remove or edit the home menu , Manuel info does not work with the model .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time that I get a Samsung TV, I used to have a Sony Bravia and one LG screen but both of them were just to slow whenever I wanted to switch from one app to another but this one is just amazing. I just move into a new apartment and I literally don't have any kind of furniture because I preferred to get my TV first. I can be watching a Netflix series and just with one button press change to Prime Video or to watch the TV channels just in a blink. The colors are just so sharp and is really awesome and joyful play video games with this screen using the HDRI, the experience with my TV combined with the sound of my Samsung Soundbar is more than I expected to get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautifully clear and it comes with tons of defaulted streaming apps. Those that aren't pre-installed are just a click away. The Xbox streaming is a plus though the fps can stutter. Still not bad for not even hooking up my console.

I did ran into a Wi-Fi error but as I called Samsung team they quickly helped me out and has been great ever since. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for easy and great picture quality

I stream on, connect it to different devices via hdmi and play games. What I really love is that it comes with its own set of channels...I was pleasantly surprised by that. All the movie options were great too. The setup was seamless when I just got it. I loved that I could connect all my apps through qr codes. The display quality is great. It was worth every cent.

I've had issues with tiling as well as voice fracking which I'm attributing to Spectrum TV whom I have service with for WiFi as well.Second item is with my Bose Speaker Sound Bar I've had to unplug and replug HDMI in & out in order for my Samsung TV to always recognize my device.I've got BEST cable money can buy so I do know it's not a problem with connectivity.I believe recognizing always once TV is turned on & off as well as switching from Spectrum TV to Netflix and back again for some reason drops HDMI Bose Speaker I prefer to TV built in speaker. Lastly - I'm thinking My New Samsung TV (which I love so far) has strong ability to access WiFi 5G signal from Spectrum 5G Rotor/WiFi which has been verified working properly with good speed as well.
