[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I thought this tv was great and it was. The picture was great and looked pretty close to exactly how I imagined it would. The sound quality is not as great and i’m assuming that’s because of the placement of the speakers on the tv itself so a sound bar is definitely a necessary addition. Over time though, the tv has seemingly slowed down quite a bit & I’ve barely had it for two years. I’ve done all the troubleshooting and still it’s pretty slow to respond to simple things like switching source, pulling up settings or changing the channel. The remote stopped working not even a year in to having the tv and needed to be replaced. Overall, it’s just an okay tv. Sucks that for a brand that is so known for producing quality products that this just didn’t quite hit that mark & we shouldn’t have to spend more simply to receive something that’s actually up to the quality standard.

Bought this TV. Amazing when it works properly but having issues with it once in a while where it gets into a power cycle and keeps shutting off and turning back on and have to factory reset to fix it. Had it 7 days now and it’s only worked properly 2 of those days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I broke my two year old series 8 model by accident and couldn't afford to pick up the same model atthat time. The screen quality is adequate 4k and it has some Samsung smart features. I prefer more integration but this TV was fine for picture quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture quality is decent. Very nice starter package for Smart TV. And quite affordable price. Only downside is (for me), after installing a few more apps I felt some slow down on loading the apps.

The integrated apps are easy to use and very useful and I like that you can arrange them in order of use/priority. The ability to control your TV with the smart things app it has definitely come in handy when we cannot find the remote.

I bought this a month ago and it's been amazing I love all the features and graphics that are built in to the smart TV. Samsung never fails to deliver upstanding technology. My friends and family are always asking me about the TV and I continue recommending Samsung products to everyone. I must say the sound quality is very very impressive you do not need a sound bar; I can hear the TV from across the room just fine around the 10 level of volume.

Not only does the Wizard clearly and succinctly requires of me the nécessitant details to accomplish this, the "Projection" algorithm (think; "shows you might like" ; ) ) allows for customization and personalization, to the level of Desire, WITHOUT shirking on the Security aspects regarded to do so I couldn't be any happier.
