[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great value but dont have high expectations, picture quality is great as samsung does good job with hdr (i tested with 4k youtube videos, looked great). this is a buget tv that does the job. setup is fairly easy, took me 10 minutes. one thing i did not like about this tv is that when you're watching a movie dark scenes shows a lot of reflaction even though i turned the lights off and still could see reflaction of my living room. for a samsung budget tv this has an awesome vivid colors, remote broke really quickly did not last very long however i have been very happy with the tv itself. one thing i like to see on samsung tv remote's have preset buttons for youtube, prime, netflix and such...instead of turn tv on and then choose an app and wait to start etc.. vs competition tvs are with preset buttons.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Samsung TV for streaming and gir karaoke. I love this TV so much its way better than the Samsung 7000 I had. I love that app features because i get to download what I like especially the Korean stations available also the Samsung TV plus is so convenient because I get free to air stations around my zipcode. This awesome. The Bluetooth feature is wonderful I must say. Easy to use and easy to connect as well as the airplay feature. Makes streaming from my phone so much easier as well. I am getting the value for my money.

We initially had a 55' TCL 55S434 when we decided to upgrade to a TU690T, biased in thinking Samsung would have a better quality picture. Unfortunately, this TV disappointed: - Dark images are very poorly balanced. Don't expect to discern anything for any dark scenes in video games or movies. Cranking up contrast, brightness and such to the max barely changed anything. - Incredibly disappointed by Samsung's OS, Tyzen. Lack of apps available, slower response and not as easily integrated than regular Android. - The remote? Ancient design, overcomplicated and full of useless buttons. A huge downgrade compared to the TCL remote we had. I would change back to my old TV in a blink of an eye if I could.
