It's Nice because of the computer and a TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it's a computer TV the remote is too thick but all in all it serves this purpose it works well. Nice sound quality Is it the TV good size? Petro quality is good as well. You're the hook your computer, your phone to the TV.

Excellent TV

Great picture, excellent sound, has tons of extra features and I was able to add the Samsung HW-Q60C Soundbar with additional surround speakers which completed the TV nicely. I only own Samsung products and will never buy anything else!

Horrible TV

I bought this TV right when it came out and I've had nothing but issues with it. Every week or so the router just stops working so I have to reset the device and re download all apps to make in functional. TV is very slow and bc of this I'll never purchase another Samsung product.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. To ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates, I recommend enabling Auto Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Great Quality and Value, Sub-Par UI and Ergonomics

We really like the picture, sound and build quality of the TV, but the user interface (UI) and remote ergonomics leave much to be desired. For context, we have 4 Samsung TVs, the oldest being nearly 20 years old. All still work like the day they were purchased, so we are brand loyal. This is our first smart TV so we had high hopes. While the size, picture and overall physical design exceeded our expectations, the UI is so frustrating that we prefer using our older 40" with an Apple TV connected. Here are some specifics to improve on: 1. Make the app slide deck larger, and the user profile smaller. Once logged in, most families will rarely change user profiles so there is no need to have this be the largest menu item. What users will change often is what streaming apps they choose. These options should not be presented in a horizontal list that requires the user to scroll through every item from left to right, but a multi-column set of tiles that allows left-right, up-down navigation to quickly get to the desired app. Apple, Roku and TiVo have figured this out so why reinvent the wheel? 2. People often watch TV in the dark, so the remote should be easy to use in low light settings Either light up the most often used buttons which, for a smart TV, are no longer the channel up/down or numbers, but Arrows and Selects (people use apps now... not just regular TV), or better, swap the location of the volume and channel buttons for the selection buttons so that they are positioned where your fingers naturally rest when holding the remote. 3. Detect sound bars natively I have a Samsung sound bar connected by optical. It should be detected and the default sound profile when connected. It is not, which means volume adjusts the TV. Other brands detect this natively, requiring minimal setup.

Great TV, Highly recommend it!

I bought this Samsung TV on Black Friday deal, so the TV came with all pre-installed apps, like Samsung TV Plus, Netflix, Amazon, and many more. Very easy to install, just plug in, connected to the internet and ready to watch. And did I mention that the picture quality is amazing!!!

Great Quality TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 2nd Samsung TV. We actually still have the first one and it's about 10 yrs old then we bought this one. The only bad thing is the screen burn after some time and for some reason certain channels the volume will go out on. All we do is change it and then change it back and it works. I love our Samsung products and won't go back!

Great Intro / Backup Samsung TV

The screen quality is adequate 4k and it has some Samsung smart features. I prefer more integration but this TV was fine for picture quality.
