I have been a Samsung consumer for 20 years. I only buy Samsung products and appliances. They are just better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is beautifully clear and it comes with tons of defaulted streaming apps. Those that aren't pre-installed are just a click away. The Xbox streaming is a plus though the fps can stutter. Still not bad for not even hooking up my console.

The picture is fabulous! However, the sound is the worst I've ever heard. I spent weeks trying to figure out how to atrach my stereo JBL speakers so I could live with the bad sound. I had these speakers connected to my old Panasonic CRT tv, and the sound was great. I had to figure out how to connect my amplifier to the TV. I bought an EARC adapter, and an optical adapter, but though they worked with my speakers, I had no control over volume or mute on my remote. I finally found a Fosi amplifier with a remote and optical input, and I;'m finally happy. In addition, I've found the settings and menus on the TV very difficult to use, and without a mobile phone, I've had to purchase a keyboard so I can enter search info and sign-in information. So first you buy the tv, then you buy add-on after add-on after add-on, until you finally have everything you need to enjoy your TV.

The only thing I believe Samsung could have done is create short cuts for "Sleep timer" and few other things, because I have to go deep in settings for these options. Other than that TV is great for the price.

Also, airplay hardly ever works, I can’t hardly connect my phone to the tv without it disconnecting for no reason or just having a hard time connecting. Other than that, it’s fine.
