Sleep timer

The only thing that I would change is thenpower off timer is the shortest time is 4 hours. Every TV I have owned can gobas low as 20 min. I have 3 samsung TV and they are all the same. This is something I may change to Sony on my next TV which will be in the fall The speakers are very bad.

I love my Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch sports , movies and documentaries the most and I love the search feature on the home screen. I find it very convenient to be able to search right from the home screen even though there is a web browser built in which is also a great feature. The picture quality is great and very nice sound quality. The feature I like the most is the Samsung TV Plus channels. There are over 300 channels Plus movies and documentaries with a list of categories to choose from. There are only 2 HDMI ports but with all of the free movies and TV shows included for me there is no need to plug in a bunch of devices. I can't forget the remote PC feature. Great TV.

This was my first HD tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this TV very easy to use and set-up. The picture quality is great and almost too great. It took some time getting used to watching movies in 4K. The movies just were too sharp and the props looked fake. I haven't looked to see if I can turn the screen resolution down a bit for some movies. I found the menu fairly easy to navigate and found the help menu of service several times. I really enjoy the Samsung TV plus feature and have since canceled my satellite service.

Beautiful screen Seamless conectons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I love this television! It's so vibrant and crisp. Wifi connection is a dream to use. Movies look and sound amazing. The samsung online experience as far as browsing and searching content works flawlessly. I will be buying another one for my bedroom soon. Have Samsung phone,watch,tablet and television. Gonna get another, for sure!

Great TV, horrible mounting process.

I LOVE this TV for the picture and features and really the TV itself. HOWEVER, it was an absolute NIGHTMARE to mount on my wall, hence, the 3 star rating. I would avoid getting this TV again if I was wanting to mount another TV. We bought 2 different types of mounts that the Samsung specs described as being compatible with the TV. The problem we found was there was not a perfect-sized screw that would fit the hole on the back of the TV securely but ALSO fit onto the actual mount. In the end, the problem was not the screws, it was the depth of the hole on the back of this Samsung. It was a mess. After a bit of jerry-rigging, we were able to make it work. But it would be helpful if this TV had a mount SPECIFICALLY made for it that the specs also included.

I like this tv

Great picture when it works.

I bought this TV at the end of November. In December it started turning itself off. So I took the TV back to the store and got a different one. Now this one is doing the same thing. I am done with Samsung. I'm taking it back to the store and going to buy a different TV.

Should you want to troubleshoot your issue first, please try the following steps, which may improve the issues you are experiencing with your TV turning itself off: 1. Unplug the TV from the wall outlet or surge protector and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds. 2. Check the power cord to see if there is any visible damage. 3. Plug the TV power cord back into the wall outlet. If you were using a surge protector, bypass it for now and use a wall outlet. 4. Try to update the software. In some cases, a software update can correct the problem. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. Poor picture quality 4K

This samsung tv is by far a huge disappointment as far as picture quality. In normal light in a video, it looks fine but if there are dark room scene everything just looks smudged, it's not detailed can't tell where it separates from a person's hair to a shadow. If you increase the brightness and contrast then the whites are acting the same. Need more control over backlighting, black and contrast. The expectation for a 4k TV from samsung is disappointing. At least for this specific model. I've always had samsung brand TV, I know the quality and this is not it. Will be returning this TV. Unless, samsung can update with additional picture quality controls.

First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode.
