I did ran into a Wi-Fi error but as I called Samsung team they quickly helped me out and has been great ever since. Definitely recommend to everyone looking for easy and great picture quality

When it came time to find a new flat screen I already knew I wanted a Samsung and I love it. The picture is crystal clear and has all the apps I need. I enjoy watching my favorite shows with that Samsung pop! Recommend to friends and family

I bought this TV at the end of November. In December it started turning itself off. So I took the TV back to the store and got a different one. Now this one is doing the same thing. I am done with Samsung. I'm taking it back to the store and going to buy a different TV.

Light weight and easily mounted to the wall as a replacement for my 10 year old previous Samsung. Internet connection and registration was self explanatory and a simple process. Pleased with the picture and sound quality. Didn't require a sound bar like my previous television. Watched a PBS special on America's Bison and was amazed with the finite details of the animals and their surroundings. Great upgrade and happy customer! 😊

It will be used to display connected devices i.e. computer, blu-ray player, etc. It has excellent graphics, sharp and crisp. Outstanding image and sound. Would definitely recommend it. Outstanding quality and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great. The onscreen software could be easier to use but works as expected. I am not crazy about the remote control though. The buttons are very small and hard top find when using in the dark. I also have a couple of these TV's and the one I just bought no longer has a sleep button on the remote it has been replaced with a Netflix button. They also added a Prime button but the rest of the streaming services drop not have buttons on the remote.

easy to set-up. ive been owning samsung tv's for quite a few years. i think they have the sharpest, extreme color, best picture of any tv i've seen. this tv replaced a 9 year old samsung. the picture still looked great but the diffusion cups started falling off inside tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung and all the features embedded in the tv. Everything I own is Samsung, my TV, cell phone, household appliances. Unfortunately, the life span is short. After 4 years, my Samsung TV wouldn't turn on unless I unplug it for 5 to 10 minutes, then plug it back in. Today, it's not recognizing my wireless devices so I cannot connect to the smart channels or any of the apps. Sad, but now I need to buy another TV but not sure when it can be delivered since I'm in Florida and Hurricane Milton cause roads to be blocked.

I switched from Vizio, and will never switch back. If you’re looking for a nice TV, but don’t want to spend a ton. This is the perfect TV.
