I've been using Turbo Tax for a while now and the step-by-step instructions are amazing.

Turbo Tax is simple

had a little problem ,but called you it took almost a hour on the phone but we got it

Product needs a lot of improvement.
Online search is absolutely worthless.
IRA basis don't transfer over from last year's Turbo tax filed returns.
Others such as state taxes paid, investment credits owed... so much information from previous years' returns could be transferred over but you don't - making us go back and manually look it up and enter

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2008 and find it an exceptional tool for doing my taxes!  I have used the Home & Business version to guide me through the ever-changing income tax laws to insure accurate reporting of my taxes for the past 17 years!  I like the easy-to-use features of the program and access to professional help, if needed.  Turbo Tax offers Peace of Mind at Tax Time!
