Another year, another awful experience.  These companies should be ashamed of themselves.

Miserable software

I have been using turbo tax for years and i depend on it.

TURBOTAX IS GREAT!

Been nothing but trouble. Tax return keeps getting rejected even though the information is correct. I've already paid to you efile it and now I have to print it all out and mail it. Gonna need a refund from Turbo Tax. I also did my son's taxes on here and they keep getting rejected too. Gonna need a refund for that efile that I can't do either. What a crock!

I'll never use Turbo Tax again

This was my first year using the live agent advice and the two ladies that helped me were AMAZING! I was getting frustrated but they knew exactly what the tool was asking and how I should enter my information. Thank you so much for this feature and the ability to call back several times!
