I've been using Turbo Tax annually since 2003, it fits my needs and gets easier to use each year!

I cannot get the program to let me print or file my 1099s

I did not engage with anyone.  I was able to do on my own.

This worked great.

TurboTax used to be very easy to use, but this time I experienced significant challenges with e-filing my tax return, due to the bug of Energy Efficient Commercial Buildings Deduction with a "0" entry by default. It blocked my e-filing for Federal filing and wasted almost my entire day to search online and finally got it resolved. Not sure how you guys can provide this kind of service to your loyal customers. Shame on you guys and I will consider finding an alternative for my future returns!

You guys are disappointing this time

When you do the FINAL Check for completion of the Federal and State Taxes, if there are areas which need to be corrected, please have a link where we can immediately jump to that area which needs to be corrected. 
I had to spend alot of time trying to find these areas by searching through the magnifying glass or a drop down list of the FULL Tax Summary!!
