You just follow the screens and it takes you to a finished project.  Very easy to use.

Excellent Tax Service, TurboTax Is Best!

Excellent software! I have used it for many years and have never had a problem.

Mostly straight forward. But there are difficult bugs that take a lot web search to get a round.

Mostly very user friendly but also has bugs

Low rating because: 
1) It did not import information from the previous year on the downloaded Home and Business Edition. 
2) It was not easy to generate a Schedule C 
3) It flagged an error that I could not clear because it would not take me back to the part that was entered in error.

Getting harder and harder to navigate

The one glitch is in not driving us to the 1099K earlier in the process.  By the time you ask, it makes it look like it adds to our gross income.  The last two years I've had to remember to adjust our none 1099 business income down by the amount we receive on the 1099K.  You used to ignore it so it was reported correctly.
