Turbo Tax did not catch the IP Pin error, then will not file the amended return through Turbo Tax even though the file was e-filed through turbo tax earlier today.  AND I was charged 50 or 60 $ for the pleasure of taking ti to the printer and standing in line at the post office.  Yes I am upset!

Turbo Tax if flawed

Even with your great software, I have to sweat in order to finish it.

I used the Life Experts, it is good. Some hints for me to finish it in a new way. Google could have done the same for me. But I do not mind using your expert.

TT is missing a Text-SEARCH feature within a form. Also annoying is in Form mode, no Search icon even to search the form name.

BTW, this survey is very bad UI and UX
