I was unable to retrieve 2023 return from Turbo Tax.  Just got a run around.

I could not transfer my 2024 turbo tax to 2025 turbo tax and had to start from new. And now i was not able to save my new turbo tax 2025 as a pdf file. So i may not be able to transfer the 2025 info to my 2026 tax return. Consequently i will be going to a new tax service next year. After 15 years as a turbo tax user you just lost my business, not that you really care.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.  I like that it accurately transfers my prior year return. I like that it asks enough questions to get all the proper forms completed.  So far I have not been audited.  I like that it allows me to do more than my return, so I can complete all of my family members' returns.
