Intuit TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

the step by step pages were blank causing me to use the forms.

Turbo assistant could not fix this.

The software is very easy to use.  Advise is available if needed.

Turbo Tax is very user friendly.

The cost to efile state should be included in the software for free, not just the federal efile.

State efile should be free

Tech suupport windows for questions I may have work well

Turbotax is awesome

The TurboTax desktop version now has a very poor user interface. I have used TurboTax for 20 years, and its quality assurance has noticeably deteriorated. Fortunately, ChatGPT has been far more helpful in identifying errors than TurboTax’s own support tools. The Help section is particularly bad.

Terrible

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years.  It is AMAZING! HOWEVER, THIS YEAR I WAS DISMAYED TO FIND THAT I COULD NOT RIGHT CLICK TO ADD SUPPORTING DETAILS FOR
CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS, E.G., MULTIPLE DONATION AMOUNTS, EIN #, ETC.;  AND FOR PROPERTY TAXES, E.G., NOTING ADDRESSES ON SECONDARY PROPERTIES.  PLEASE RESTORE THIS FUNCTION.  IT IS A BIT TIME CONSUMING BUT REALLY ADDS COMPLETENESS TO THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION OF THE RETURN.  Thank you! See you next year!
