Intuit TurboTax Home & Business 2024 Email Delivery, Federal and State Returns + Federal E-file with $10 in-product credit

Easy to work with this is our 2nd time usinmg turbo tax and found it some what comforting to use

The process to print copies of the return is not well defined or obvious.

Print instructions ambiguous

I used Turbo Tax for many years, it is very easy to follow step by step instructions.

Enjoy using turbotax

Its getting worse and worse at parsing imports, i'm having to go down into the PDF files to find out what it can't parse, figure out how to solve it and do it myself. The online forms are just full of unanswered questions.
The workflow is terrible, and I'm still having to manually input bank statements because it won't work with my bank.

Intuit has just given up on the desktop

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years.  I like the product.  I like how it guides you and has explanations and or a tab to get more info on an entry item.  It is cumbersome when using the complete guide me through each section  and a little frustrating for all the items that are always "no" or "0" for all these years.  The tax credit for fuels for farm use - Schedule F does not come up automatically - so I have to search for it and it is in the business section - should come up with the farm - schedule F.  At the end - the direct deposit info should prefill from last years return and definitely prefill from entering it one time
