The font size is too small for older people.There is no way to adjust the size of the font.

Turbo Tax is Awesome.  I missed using the CD Though.

TurboTax used to be good but now it's becoming very complicated and more of a marketer.

Easy to use, good improvements. Extra charge to file state return sucks though.

State tax file fee too high!

Low rating because: 
1) It did not import information from the previous year on the downloaded Home and Business Edition. 
2) It was not easy to generate a Schedule C 
3) It flagged an error that I could not clear because it would not take me back to the part that was entered in error.

Getting harder and harder to navigate

This year is the first year that I have had any problems with TT. I wanted to buy Audit Defence and pay for a state efile. Done this for years. This year, though, when I wanted to pay by credit card, I couldn't. Drop down field for months would only go to 10.
