Easy going.- you don't need to be an expert but if you have some experience is a plus

cumbersome in Forms mode and slow in indirect method.

this is our first time using turbo tax. it was mostly easy but not sure i did everything correctly.

Easy to use and very helpful with informative details and rules/regualtions explained effectively
