Poor quality and worse customer service by ProForm

Save your time and buy a better treadmill from a different brand. I bought this treadmill 4 weeks ago, assembled it 3 weeks ago, and it broke 2 weeks ago. It just completely stopped working and would not power on at all. ProForm's chat support was absolutely no help and told me I had to call customer service. After waiting on hold for 2 hours, I finally got an agent on the phone. After some troubleshooting, they determined it needed a new motor controller board. They would ship the part to me, but I was told labor was not included in the warranty, even though it was brand new. I wasn't happy with this, but whatever, it seemed simple enough for me to install the part on my own. Well, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and the parts order status still just says "We've received your order / Validating your order". It still hasn't shipped as of this writing. I tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service again to check the order status, but they kept telling me to wait longer. One agent told me the part was in "quality control" where they had to test the new part before it could ship. I had enough waiting and returned the treadmill to Sam's Club today and quickly purchased a better treadmill from a more well-known brand. Aside from the issue mentioned above, I had 5 days to actually use the treadmill. It's definitely made with poor quality and cheaper parts. The tread belt is very thin and cheap feeling, there are no pre-programmed workouts unless you pay for an iFit subscription, and the motor seems to struggle at slower speeds. I will never buy another product from ProForm or NordicTrack.

great buy

I have no idea how this treadmill has bad reviews honestly for 500 bucks you couldn't ask for anything better so far so good kind hard to assemble by your self but other then that everything was packaged neatly the plastic pieces do feel super cheap but like I said 500 bucks you can't beat the price

No Customer Service help

Took 4 hours to put together and another 4 trying to speak to someone at ProForm. We wanted to by pass the iFit subscription and just use the treadmill without it. Absolutely no one from ProForm/iFit would help with this -- they said it could be done but wouldn't tell us how. I finally found a 2 minute video on YouTube that showed how to do it. It's a good treadmill for the price but don't expect any kind of customer service support from this company.

Missing part - do not buy!

We've tried contacting customer service multiple times and the chat transfers you around endlessly. There's no way of getting a replacement part. Then you never hear back by email and all they want is you to keep paying more for warranties which is definitely useless. Will never buy from this brand again.

Wouldn't buy again

I've had my pro form for a year. Suddenly it just stops while I'm walking min stop. I walk a few minutes. It stalls. I get off for about 10 seconds for it to get going again. And repeat. Sometimes after about 15 min it stops stalking. Sometimes it keeps going. We've lubed, tightened and loosened the track. Nothing works. We sent a ticket for repairs a month ago and still have no response or answers. I'm over it

Assembly Review

There is know way to disassemble the cross bar without cracking the plastic. . Terrible assembly design. I will be registering and calling for a replacement. . Not happy with the assembly instructions
